Telehealth

At Kind Tide Counselling, appointments can be held online through secure and easy-to-use Telehealth video calls via Cliniko. This service allows you to have your counselling session from the comfort of your own home, using a phone, tablet, or computer, no downloads or special software required. Sessions are fully encrypted to protect your privacy, and you’ll simply receive a secure link to join. Telehealth offers a flexible and accessible way to receive the same level of care as in person, especially when attending on-site isn’t possible.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We understand things come up and life can be unpredictable.

24 hours’ notice: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations / no-shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Emergencies: We understand unexpected events happen — if this occurs, please contact us as soon as you can.
